[cod] which linux distribution for a cod2 gameserver

Whatever distro you are comfortable with will most likely run COD2
just fine, perhaps with a with a few tweaks (like installing
libstdc++.so.5).

I've personally used:
RHE 3
RedHat 9
CentOS 3
CentOS 4
Fedora Core 3, 4, 5
