And what about the punkbuster COD2 webtool function ? I set it up and all I
got was the front page with some info on the server name , ip , port etc.
But when I entered the pass and tried the other buttons ("command screen",
"player list" , "pb settings") all I got was "page not found" . Does this
feature work or not?

Agreed the pure command checks the stock iwd files (the iw_XXX.iwd and
localizedXXX.iwd files) installed with the game. Any extra files will
generally be ignored unless they are part of a mod running on the server.

It is my understanding that PURE does not check all files, just certain
.iwd files and monitors them for changes.
