[cod] 1.2a patch and connection timeout

Hey Ryan,

I still have this connection timeout problem. Did you found something 
already?
It has something to do with restarting the server I think. I shutdown 
the server while a couple of players were online. After the restart of 
the server nobody could join anymore except me(I have a LAN connection 
with the server). The next day players can join without a problem(I 
didn't change anything).
