[cod] Spawns in TDM cod2 1.2

Just some things ive noticed regarding the new spawns in 1.2 TDM public 18 - 
24 player

1. Frequently you will find yourself spawning right in the middle of a 
shower of nades. In kill cam u can see that 4 or 5 of your team has spawed 
in the same place in front of u and met with the same timely death.

2. You kill someone and they imediately spawn right behind u and kill u 
while u are reloading .

3. You spawn u die . In kill cam u see that the person that shot u wasnt 
even aiming at but u where killed by the last few bullets of when he was 
killing the person that spawned in the same place.

4. the spawns seem to get locked into this situation where for 3 or 4 
minutes your team find it impossible to escape from spawn.

Of course there has always been a problem with spawning in TDM with FPS 
gaming but imo this new patch is a backward step.

Surely its not that difficult to put a bit of spawn rape detection in the 
code and spawn a few players on the other side of the map ?

I really cant see how the new spawn code n 1.2 has improved anything, 
perhaps someone could explain the way it was supposed to work ?

Personnaly I thought the old 1.0a worked better in this respect .

Ive seen nothing but complaints from players in the servers about this new 
spawning since 1.2 came out so I dont think its just me that thinks this .
