[cod] FIXED PAM for 1.2c

If you wish to run an official modded PAM2 then simply delete the other 
one and replace it with this one. Name doesn't matter.

Official releases of the PAM2 mod will always be posted on the PAM2

Worm expects to release an updated PAM2 soon to add compatibility to the 
latest maps and gametype changes that have been introduced in the 1.2 
patch. This and other updates will be posted at the link above once they 
are available.
