[cod] bug in 1.2a

Just to let you know that some PB commands can crash LINUX server. Mine
crashed just after writing : /pb_sv_badnameempty

Well the problem is that the server goes down when there are unlocalized

strings, or that seems to be.

Yes i think its the same like lnxded 1.0 => 1.0a (COD2 v1.0, non
localized 
message error)

We have to wait for the official 1.2a (or 1.2b?) linux files, or the
next 
linux 1.2b files :)
