[cod] server log

I've had this before ;)..

There is probably someone using HLSW or something on your server. My guess
is that HLSW changed the g_log dvar. Type 'g_log' on the console and you'll
see it is changed. Change that back with 'set g_log "server.log"' (or
something) and rotate the map and it'll work again :)
