[cod] CoD2 Demo

Demo I thought was good, short, but enough to actually make me want to buy
it and see anyway. Bit clunky in bits, but had a nice feel I thought.
 Just hoping they will have proper dedicated (linux) servers out from the
offset and runs ok cpu wise.
