[cod] Rcon client side

Fair comment mate, It's only up to test cpu load etc. So I know how many 
boxes to get in :p I thought it could have been down to a dodgy server 
or if people do know of a bug in the linux code. Don't really want the 
EU release to happen and no one using linux server can use rcon now do 
we......
