OUT OF MEMORY on map load

Okay, i'll start.  I'm getting an "OUT OF MEMORY" error after loading
a map with COD2

I only get this on one system out of three that i've tested.  This
system is RHE 3.0, kernel 2.4.21-27.0.4.ELsmp.  It's a dual xeon with
2gb ram.

I've started the server by hand, there's no config.  I manually load
mp_carentan and it blows up at that point.  I've tested with other
maps as well and tested with a stock config.
