[cod] The "PB" folder isn't there.

Well I think that PB is really just a waste and lags down servers and
client. I for one beleive in running a pure server and having killcam
inabled. Besides by the time evenbalance updates there servers with new
cheats the cheaters will already have 20 new ones. Well just my thoughts.
Now linux files on the other hand, would be a great addition. :-)
