Patch Question

[Siq]

I know it was either patch 1.5 or 1.51 that made the 88's unable to damage bases by default but which one was it?  I can not find the documentation that shows when this change took place and when the cvar to change the setting was implemented.  Can anyone point me to where this is documented?
