[cod] Linux CoD-UO server crashing with exploit warning

well, months ago we used some program called "rcon admin" or something 
similar called (no link here anymore, unfortunately). it was biult in 
directly in the coduo menu, where u normally choose the weapons and the 
team. the problem was its incompability with other mod f.e. the german 
front mod. with that tool one could ban, kick players and disable 
certain weapons directly within the game. i dont know if it has been 
updated to the actual coduo 1.51 version. that's the only in-game prog i 
knew for the kinds of your purposes which was to use without the 
console, too.
but hlsw fits our purposes as long we need it only to change the maps or 
setup a password if we have a scrim against some other clans. we aren't 
kicking/banning players so often ( ;-) )...
