Unban single user from CODUO

We are running a CodUo Server 1.51 without the patch 1.52b.
There is no punkbuster running.

We tried to ban one user with a function of all seeing eye.
It works great but now I AM banned from my own server.

We tried to unban with
Unban Name
Unban Guid

I found several hints in google that i could change it manually in the
ban.txt.

I searched the whole server but i didnt find any ban.txt.

I searched in
Main/
Pb/
Uo/
Uo/Pb
Uo/Uo

But i didnt find it at all.
I removed also the game_mp.log


Can somebody helb me please.
