[cod]PunkBuster Problem

I think it was a punkbuster wide problem. Not really a big problem,
but enough to cause multiple games to show the same things as listed
above. I had this happen for sof2, cod, and also Enemy Territory.
The fastest immediate fix for our linux servers was to get on console,
and pb_sv_restart, wait 30 seconds for the server to restart its
punkbuster, then to start issuing pb_sv_update several times to get
things up to date. Same fix for all games that had problems. I
believe a full server restart and then doing pb_sv_update a bunch
times would be the same effect. There are other automated ways of
getting this all to happen, but I found this is the fastest way.

BTW: in our XP2 marathon ET server, which is pretty much packed 24/7
with 50 people - I have seen siginificantly more cheats being found
now, some dealing with hardware, and a lot of PB hacks. Whatever
EvenBalance did with their last major update, its catching tons of
poeple. My ban list for cheaters is over 300 people long and growing
daily, kudos to PB
