Coduo Flamethrower and bazooka

Hi,

We are hosting a coduo Gameserver.
I have problem with the Flamthrowers and
Anti Tank Weapon. 

I have written the following lines into the cfg
But if a player tries to chose one of these two 
Weapons from the list, he returns from to the list
And couldnt use these weapons.

What did i wrong?

Here are my settings:

set scr_allow_flamethrower "1"
set scr_allow_bazooka "1"
