Server question

Hi,

I have this server configuration:

P4 2,4 Ghz 533FSB (no hyperthreading)
1024 MB DDR ram
100 Mbit network connection
all running on windows server 2003

Is it possible to run a good, smoothly 24 Public CoD UO server (looking at CPU and systemload)
