CoD vs NetBSD

Hello,

In the last days, i'd like to install cod on our netbsd 2.0.2 system but 
when i try to start it
i got the following error:
"OUT OF MEMORY! EXITING!!!"
The machine is 2.6GHz Intel w/ 1G ram, another machine: 433Mhz Celeron 
w/ 256m ram
both have 1g free space on root fs.
The server is properly running on Freebsd 5.4, and Linux, but i cant run 
it on netbsd :(
I found no usable info on google. Do you have any idea?
If someone ever saw a running cod server on netbsd, please notice to me.
