The iwnation.com domain at least resolves now, but there's a message on
the main page that they're having trouble importing a large SQL dump. 
So it seems there's hope for the site coming back.

If anyone knows the admins personally, you might want to pass on
http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php which is a php script that lets you
incrementally import large SQL files, so that the size problem can be
worked around.
