[cod] COD 1.5b / COD:UO 1.51b patches the facts

OK.  I read through that 5 times and it seems like it should make sense.  If
I understand things correctly, these "new" patches are the same as the beta
patches, so if you already have a 1.xb patch then you're OK.

But is there a 1.51b Linux patch?

Someone call me a waaaaaaaaaambulance!
