Server.cfg already exists in pak0.pk3

That's why you should use an alternative name.

Well, that is absolutely not the case so this is why I was asking.
I know some Mohaa servers with that issue but haven't heard about it in cod 
as of yet.

HotRod was missing half his pks3 this is why he couldn't get his server 
started.
