Did a quick search of our uo folder and found that in the following mods:

Map Exploit Fix
PAM
AWE
mp_dawnvsnowman
mp_snowville
dv-xmassnow

Try doing a:
find . -iname \*.pk3 | xargs -n1 unzip -l | grep "exploit_blocker\|pk3"
