[cod] Odd Log Data and GUIDs

Jay,

I think the setting is pb_sv_guidrelax (as per PB's admin guide) but
it's already set to 0 on my server.  Of course, the log data I'm using
is not from the current server so it's possible that it wasn't set
properly, although I don't recall changing it from the default of 0.

I'll keep an eye on it, and thanks for the help.
