Personal experience seems to depend on what else you are doing on the
machine. If you are doing other stuff (either other game servers on
same box, or anything else that uses more than minimal resources),
I've found it better with ht enabled. If its pretty much cod and cod
only on the machine, you may be better off with it disabled (although
I haven't really been able to tell the difference, but didn't test
that rigorously, and have heard reports of others who do benefit with
it disabled). Personally I'd say try both, and see which works best
for you.
