[cod] PB Error

I had the same error.  Once I replaced the files with good updated files,
the server then showed the correct version numbers.

i'm not sure how much it will help, i ran pbweb.x86 and it did its
thing, all the required html files are there, pbsec.htm and
pbsecsv.htm are up to date

server is running the latest version 1.135 but still reports A1342
(the 1347 files are there!)
