In order to run 32 instances of cod on on box you are going to need a blade
or cluster server with at least 8 processors, probably 16 or 32 (depending
on speed). You will need bandwidth for all of those cod severs, 3KBytes/sec
per player? That works out to 768MBits/sec per 32 player server.  That's
24,576MBits/sec for 32 cod servers, a VERY fat pipe.
