[cod] Multi-server 1 install, different mods

You can actually take this one step further as we have and do away
with all but dynamic mod symlinking not for the faint hearted but
removes a lot of overhead in symlink creation :)
In effect on image with all the available mods can be made to run
multiple servers running different mods with just a little control logic
then the server "created".
