trouble in paradise

Were having a problem,
Was wondering if somebody had it before,
Every time the server changes a map on our CoD 2 server, a number of players
wil be kicked.
The message they get reads: server disconnected.

solution anyone? cause i don't really know where to start looking...
were useing the latest version of powerserver on all of our servers.
