[cod] A must for the dedicated server patch

Hiya, thanks for the feedback, I know it stopped one, just didn't realise
there were several as don't have that much issues so far. Ultimately the
only way they know to popup a msg is by a created file though, so there must
be an equivalent file to delete/amend.
