[cod] A must for the dedicated server patch

I know its not a full fix, but a while back if you search through I posted
the file that causes this, so you can add it to a startup bat file to delete
it I guess (you will see it appear in cod folder, has a silly name.
Apologies would give the full name, but can't see it without crashing a
server atm.
