[cod] Debian libstdc++.so.5 missing

 just extract it to a directory. then export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/gcc3-libs
i just set it as an exvironment variable when users log in, but you 
could just add the above to a startup script for coduo/cod
