[cod] coduo crashing

We've tested with disabling jeeps on CoDUO running on RHL Fedora,
and the game runs smoothly on mp_arnhem (no jeeps and tanks),
but when it got to mp_berlin, even though we had disabled the jeeps,
it crashed after 6-7 minutes. 

We have never experienced a crash on mp_arnhem map yet, only
on maps with vehicles implemented. However, knowing the players on our
server they are frustrated cause the want to play with tanks, jeeps etc ....
kind of the point with the game CoD UO :)

So we're stuck in the middle of nowhere... :/
