[cod] Arnhem Map Failure

He is using Mozilla Thunderbird 0.8, which, for some reason, defaults
the reply after the quoted text.  This mailing list really isn't the
place to get into this.  I don't mean to sound rude, but maybe this
conversation could be resolved outside of the list.
