[cod] coduo crashing

I think your exadurating there somewhat. Although we are seeing the odd
crash they are few and far between. I think a few of the crash people
are seeing is due to them trying base COD mods and maps although this
has yet to be confirmed.

I really don't understand how they could take the base code of a finely
tuned COD, and screw it up so much that all these crashes and errors
occur.
