[cod] hitch warnings

that was my general take on them but with a CoD 32 man server i never 
see them except maps changes whatnot. With the UO server i see them in 
groups of 4 or 5 all through out the map usually around 700-1100 ms. 
Disabling the vehicles didnt seem to help. lowering the max players from 
32(w/4 priv) to 28(w/4 priv) didnt help much either. I ended up stopping 
the serevr and restarting it that helped alot.
