[cod] hitch warnings

i get hitch warnings sometimes.  the time it gives is usually the number of milliseconds of lag the server experienced.  players may or may not notice it.  i'd give you my system specs but it wouldn't relate well cuz its a gimpy 3 year old laptop running a LAN dedicated server :)

Anyone else notice alot of hitch warning messages on their CoD:UO 
servers? The one Im noticing it on is an athlon xp 3000 with 1gig of 
pc3200 ram.. with or without vehichles im getting qquite a few of these. 
Ive got not much else running. apache and mysql thats abotu it. neither 
of those is particualrly busy.
