[cod] Problem with base Base Assault CPU load

I wonder if on a DOM or BAS server if we disabled ALL vehicles would
the cpu usage empty go to zero? Or, if not, then it is the server
having to calculate gametype-specific variables which is chewing up
clock cycles.

Anyone have time to restart their BAS server with no vehicles and
see if the cpu goes down?
