glibc 2.3 fix...

This is basically the same package without the glibc 2.3 dependency. If
the server starts up at all on your system, you can skip this patch.

Please note you _WILL_ need the gcc3 support libs.

If you were getting a message like this:
  ./coduo_lnxded: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found

Then download this package.

If you were getting a message like this:
  ./coduo_lnxded: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Then download the above package AND this:

   http://icculus.org/updates/cod/gcc3-libs.tar.bz2

And unpack that somewhere where your system's dynamic loader can see
them.

Again, if your server starts up at all, you can ignore all of this;
there are no other significant fixes in 1.41a.
