[cod] OT: Which linux distribs come with libstdc++.so.6 as standard

I honestly don't know.

I think it's the result of compiling with gcc 3.4, but I'm not sure what 
the ramifications are for just packaging it up, having never done it myself.

It's _probably_ safe to do the same thing I did for COD, though.
