[cod] Tanks - A reminder about tank-limitations

Sad to say so but I disabled all uo maps and the server is still unusable.
The cpu utilization is normal, that's right. But is u reach a certain amount
of players the server shows just the same symtons as seen on uo maps. The
server starts laggin like hell, pings rise to 200 and more, drop a bit, rise
again, drop and rise vie versa....FOLKS THIS IS NO PHENOMEN WHICH OCCURS ON
UO MAPS ONLY.

Today i installed this mod and i disable the 2 tanks on mp_cassino, but the
high CPU use was the same as always, 80 %
