    This bug is fixed for the patch.   It most likely will only happen if the server is idling on this map or you are playing the map for a while.  It does not matter how many people are in.

I've seen this on 16, 20, 24 and 32 slot servers.

    
Im no mapper  expert but I suspect what the issue is is there isn't
32 player spawn spots, and that's what's causing the issue.
Should be a mater of opening the map in an editor to check.

      
No.  Same rotation. Gametype is DOM.  Player limit 32.
