Subject: [cod] Linux COD:UO server, 1.41e

  Hi ,
im kind of new to this mailing list,
we run a dedicated root server ( athlon 2600+,1 GB Ram, 100 Mbit, suse 9.0),
before UO we had 1 Bf42 , 1 Bfv (both servermanager) and 2 Cod servers ( one Normal Cod and one Revolt)
running on the machine smooth and with no lag (all with +18 playerslots )

Since i change the revolt to UO i had to shutdown the Battlefield servers and cut the cod server from 24 to 16
and the UO server still eats up every % of cpu power he can get ... sometimes if i shutdown the normal cod server
  it is about 90 % .

the only thing i noticed when swichting to 1.41e from 1.41d ... is a crash of the coduolnded process after a while
on the map Kharkov ( while playing domination).

all tipps and tricks i found in various forums did not really tame the UO server ... like set rate, hunkmegs etc.

does anybody know how the server behaves when im "nice" him down a bit ?
i also heard that the vehicles are causing this, so the only ways are a "HAL"-like ;-) Überserver, removing tanks
or decrease the player slots ... ?

thanks for any solutions, ideas or tipps in advance

  Chris
