OK, I'm getting some wierd results. I had hunkmegs set to 512. With
this, the cpu was using 80% for 16 players. I changed it down to 384mb
and the server uses less cpu!!!.

What the hell. Other than that, the only other thing I changed was
some chmod for some files.
