[cod] 1.41e works betters

We are running core 1 with E. Running 36 users no problem, about 60-70%
CPUon a p4 2.4.

Running on a Debian, its almost no has lag at all, it still uses a lot of
CPU, but the difference between 1.41d and 1.41e is really good. It lags
about 3 seconds , two or three times in a map, but then all goes to
normality.
