[cod] cpu usage patch? :)

The problem isn't in your top reading but it's in the way that kernel 2.4.X 
measures cpu usage.
Top reports, for certain processes, a low cpu usage while the real usage is 
high.
In 2.6.X kernels the cpu measure is more accurate.
