[cod] cpu usage patch? :)

The problem here is an inaccurate reporting of CPU usage by the 2.4
Kernel (as reported by Steve in an earlier thread). I was showing
very low CPU usage on my servers while full (24-30 players), but the
servers were experiencing lag as though the CPU was maxed out. After
upgrading the Kernel and TOP I was getting readings of 75%-90%
rather than 18%-25%.
