[cod] Server build D

[Pablo DD]

I was playing CTF  and i started to get conection imterrupted  message, all
the lagometer was green, but my ping was normal.


Anyone with the same experecience ?

The only change i made to the server is that i enable scr_ctf_showoncompass
"180"
