[cod] Traffic data question

Hi,

I was talking about Bytes, but you calced in bits - this is a little bit
confusing. 
Anyway it is also only a peak calculation and it of course also depends
what is set in the sv_maxrate setting. 

But your formula seems to be more accurate then mine ;)
