General CFG help

Hi

Has anyone got any decent links to any comprehensive info on fine tuning
CFG files, things like setting game speed, tweaking the weapons and the
such like. A complete list of what can be used within the cfg file on
start-up to create a well rounded server for public use. I'm also
currently trying to play with the AWEUO mod cfg, but its still hit and
miss, or is this just a case of try and see ... then try again. Seems a
lot of server rebooting, join game .. See , then reboot server after a
tweak, join game ...

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as trawling for hours on the net
for snippets is at best tedious.
