[cod] +set net_ip

Hi,

..\CoDMP.exe +set dedicated 2 +exec xxx.cfg +set net_ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +set
net_port 28960 +map_rotate

^^ this works here. 3 server at one maschine with 3 different ips
